Course Format
Our Live Instruction course is delivered in a 5-week format, with classes held Mondays and Wednesdays. Students may attend in person or online via Zoom using a provided link, allowing you to participate live with the instructor from anywhere.

This course is designed to help you meet Michigan’s 40-hour statutory requirement, prepare to pass the Michigan Salesperson Licensing Exam, and build a foundation for long-term success in real estate.
