Now don't get us wrong, this isn't just some walk in the park. You have to put in some real effort. There will be challenges along the way, but that's what we're here for. Remember that you can reach out to your instructors as needed, as we're here to help guide you through the class and ensure that you're ready, willing, and able to pass your state licensing exam!
Classes will take place every Monday and Wednesday for 5 weeks during the timeframe that you selected. In order to meet the necessary prerequisites for the State of Michigan to allow you to take your licensing exam, you will need to attend every class. This will give you the total of 40 hours of required instruction time.
After enrolling in a course, you'll need to decide on a delivery method for your books. Then, you'll receive an email with all of your course information.
Courses are held every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm EST, and are 4 hours long. There are 10 classes in total, and each course lasts for 5 weeks.
This may be the scary part for most people, but it's honestly not that bad! If you want some extra help, look into our study guides and test prep materials!
Let's face it, working a 9-5 typically puts a cap on how much you can make. You're restricted by time! One of the nice things about working in Real Estate is that there is literally no ceiling to how much money you can make! It's all up to you!
One of the best things about working in Real Estate is that typically, you make your own schedule. Most brokereages allow you to make your own hours! This allows you to be able to take time off without having to ask anyone! Bonus!

The cost of the books is included, however, the cost for shipping is not. If you opt to have the hard copy of the book delivered to you, then you’ll be required to pay an additional $15 fee for shipping and handling.
Oh, if only that were the case! Unfortunately it’s not quite as simple as that. Completion of this class is required by the State of Michigan in order to be eligible to take the State Licensing Exam. Once you pass that exam, then, you’ll become a Real Estate Agent.
Nope… Sorry, we’re not able to that. According to state guidelines, no school can guarantee that its student will pass the state exam. However, we know that you want to become licensed as soon as possible. Therefore, we increase your chances of passing by providing you with better than best instruction and materials to give you the greatest chance at success!
